The purpose of this project is for Easter Seals Alberta and an unnamed organization to evaluate the benefits of a merger to improve and expand services to our stakeholders and communities. The potential merger is with another disability support services non-profit with a similar mission. The intent of the merger is to align two trusted brands within the disability service industry in Calgary to streamline client experience, reduce administration and support scaling up of programs to better meet the needs of people with disabilities.
