Triwood Community Association requires a revitalization of organizational policy. As the backbone used to guide the development of vital processes and procedures such as human resources, health and safety, finance and administration, and operations and governance, organizational policy that is both relevant and accountable to changing socioeconomic conditions is essential. Triwood Community Association requires a thorough review of existing policy, a gap analysis of areas that require further development, and the drafting of new policies to fill these gaps. The purpose of this project to ensure the state of policy at Triwood Community Association is complete and relevant, opening the door to develop further organizational processes.
