The Kathryn Huget Leadership Award was established in memory of Kathryn Huget to recognize her leadership in business. Kathryn was a long-time champion of the important role of women in the workplace. This award supports students who are working to improve the role of leadership in business and specifically the advancement of women in leadership roles.
One award valued at a minimum of $1,000, applied directly to tuition.
Applicant must:
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident or on a Canadian student visa.
- Be studying at the Master’s or PhD level.
- Preferably be studying in the areas of: organizational behaviour, business administration, business and commerce, sociology or psychology.
- Provide a summary of their involvement in business and leadership, and how they are working to improve the business workplace for women.
- Provide one letter from a business reference.
Preference given to women currently in leadership roles.
