
Calgary Foundation is thrilled to support the Spring 2026 cohort of Thriving Non-Profits, a proven, capacity-building program that equips non-profit leaders with the tools and strategies needed to build lasting financial resilience.
Over four months, participating organizations will explore nine revenue strategies, shift organizational culture, and develop a customized revenue diversification action plan. Backed by expert coaching, practical tools, and a vibrant community of peers, Thriving Non-Profits is rooted in the non-profit sector’s strength and creativity, and is designed to challenge non-profit norms and spark bold new thinking.
Who should apply?
The program is open to 15 organizations, and is designed for non-profit teams: Executive Directors, board members, and senior staff. Calgary Foundation provides this program free to eligible organizations located in the Calgary and Treaty 7 area.
Applications will close on November 26, 2025. The program will begin in February of 2026. Seven live virtual sessions will be on the following dates:
- Module 1 – Feb 11
- Module 2 – March 4
- Module 3 – April 1
- Module 4 – April 15
- Module 5 – April 29
- Module 6 – May 13
- Module 7 – May 27
